This scholarship is provided at the rate of a 50% fee waiver in total academic / tuition fee per year for the entire duration of the programme up to 1% of the total students’ intake.
Criteria
Merit scholarships will be granted based on merit at the entry level. The merit will be decided based on a weightage of 50% to HSC (for UG programs) or graduation (for PG programs) and 50% in qualifying entrance exam.
For continuation of scholarships to successive years, students must have CGPA more than or equal to 8.
This scholarship is provided at the rate of a 25% fee waiver in total academic/ tuition fee per year or the entire duration of the programme up to 2% of the total students’ intake.

These scholarships are awarded to the deserving sports persons based on their participation/winning the prizes at nationally/internationally recognized sports competitions/events.
Any candidate who participates/wins a medal at west zone, all India level competitions, national or international level competitions, while studying Indira University or playing for any Govt. sponsored/ Govt. recognized official sports organization is eligible for this Scholarship.

The university shall provide 50% of exemption in the fee to 10% students belonging to EWS, irrespective of their caste. (Income certificate, 16, income tax return will be needed).
This scholarship provides a part tuition Fee waiver as per merit per year for the entire duration of the program to a maximum 2.5% of total number of girl students admitted. This scholarship will be given to only girl students belonging to EWS category.
100% tuition fee waiver to 1 seat in each of the program.
Wards of defence forces personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force, Indian Coast Guard and NSG) ‘Killed in Action’ shall be provided 50% Concession in the tuition fee in all academic years. For continuation of scholarships to successive years student must have GPA more than or equal to 8.
There shall be Ph.D. Research Assistant Fellowship for the Ph.D. Research Projects. A sum of Rs. 10,000/- each for two merit students per school per month for 2 years within the entire Indira University will be awarded to the selected Ph.D. Research students. However, the final decision will be taken by the Scholarship Committee of Indira University.
Process to apply for scholarship will be notified to all the students at the time of commencement of classes, except students belonging to EWS category, who will apply at the time of admission application with valid documents.
