Transformation Series - A Day of Courage and Gratitude at Indira University
On the 4th and 5th of August, the Dhruv Auditorium at Indira University became a space of inspiration, strength, and reflection as the School of Information Technology (SOIT) and the School of Business (SOB) – BBA hosted a moving chapter of the Transformation Series. With the support of DRZYA – “For the abled, by the differently abled”, specially abled individuals graced our campus and shared their journeys.
Each story was a testament to resilience, a reminder that true courage lies not in the absence of hardship, but in the strength to rise above it with a smile. Their voices stirred something within us, showing how what we often take for granted in our own lives is someone else’s greatest dream. It was in their struggles and triumphs that we saw the meaning of real heroism.
DRZYA’s mission of empowering society through differently abled artists and achievers resonates deeply with us at Indira University. We should make efforts to change how society is inspired and educated, reflect the values, and focus on inclusivity, authenticity and empathy.
As an institution, we feel blessed and humbled to create an experience that will linger in our hearts. It reminded us not only of the fortune of the lives we live, but of the extraordinary power of the human spirit when faced with challenges.
This was a moment of reflection for us, that touched every heart in the room. Hosting such voices on our campus filled us with gratitude and gave our students a chance to see life from a deeper, more meaningful lens. It reminded us that education is much more than just academics, it is all about learning empathy, respect, and the value of every human story.
At Indira University, we believe such real-life heroes deserve to be celebrated, for in their strength, we find hope; in their stories, we find purpose; and in their smiles, we find the courage to be better versions of ourselves.
