One-Day Hands-on Workshop on Fundamental Analysis
The School of Commerce and Economics (SOCE) now School of Commerce and Computer Applications (SOCCA) successfully conducted a one-day hands-on workshop on “Fundamental Analysis” to provide practical exposure to BFM students and strengthen their understanding of financial markets on 13th Feb’26. The session was led by Mr. Sanjeev Bajaj, General Manager at National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), who brought with him rich industry experience and deep domain expertise.
The workshop was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical finance concepts and real-world investment practices. Mr. Bajaj delivered in-depth insights into macroeconomic fundamentals, explaining how economic indicators, policy decisions, and market trends influence investment outcomes. He further introduced students to advanced multifactor analysis, helping them understand how multiple variables come together to assess a company’s true financial strength.
