My Story: Business Kundli by Mr. Sumedh Battewar
The energy at Indira University’s Swakiyam Centre for Incubation and Innovation reached new heights on 30th September 2025 when Mr. Sumedh Battewar, Co-Founder of Emotorad and Founder of Zoomies, took our young innovators on a journey into the world of BUSINESS KUNDLI: Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Design.
For Indira, it was a proud moment to welcome back one of its own. Seeing an alumnus like Sumedh, who once sat in these classrooms, now returning as a founder and mentor, filled the campus with a sense of pride. There’s something deeply rewarding about watching our students carve their place in the world and even more so when they choose to return and inspire the next generation of dreamers walking the same path.
From the moment he began the session, the room was alive with curiosity. Mr. Battewar spoke of MVPs as the very heartbeat of every startup. He explained how they are not some distant business jargon and reminded us that success doesn’t come from building bigger, it comes from building smarter. An MVP, he further explained, is the first draft of a dream, the simplest form of an idea that still carries the power to test, validate, and inspire.
What truly set the session apart was how practical and interactive it felt. Incubatees dived straight into the process, exploring rapid prototyping with easy, no-code tools. Laptops buzzed, ideas flowed, and in just a short span, raw sketches began taking shape as products people could actually see and use. Each participant left with a personal MVP roadmap, a clear step-by-step plan to take their concept from paper to something real and testable.
For many, it was a breakthrough moment. They discovered that innovation doesn’t always mean doing more; sometimes it’s about doing less, but doing it with sharp focus and intent. The smiles, the questions, and the sparks of possibility in the room were proof that this lecture had become a lifetime experience.
By the end of the evening, our incubatees walked out with new tools and a new mindset: one that values clarity over complexity and action over hesitation.
