Magic Bus - Infosys Training Program: Shaping Future-Ready Technologists
PG students from the School of Information Technology at Indira University recently took an important step toward their professional journeys by participating in the Magic Bus β Infosys Training Program. Designed to bridge the gap between academics and industry, this immersive initiative gave students meaningful exposure to what the tech world truly expects from tomorrowβs professionals.
Conducted on campus from 23rd January to 3rd February, the 10-day program blended learning, practice, and perspective. Expert trainers led interactive classroom sessions for three hours each day, focusing on the latest Artificial Intelligence tools and industry-relevant technologies. These sessions were complemented by two hours of hands-on computer lab training, where students applied concepts in real time, strengthening both confidence and competence.
Beyond technical skills, the program strongly emphasized holistic growth. Students explored essential soft skills, professional communication, and learned how to present themselves effectively as technical professionals on social media. This unique combination helped them understand that being future-ready is not just about coding, but also about visibility, adaptability, and personal branding in a digital-first world.
The energy on campus throughout the program reflected curiosity, collaboration, and ambition. With trainers engaging closely with students, learning felt practical, current, and deeply relevant. Upon successful completion, students were awarded certifications, marking not just the end of a program, but the beginning of greater career readiness.
Through initiatives like this, Indira University continues to empower its students to move forward with clarity, confidence, and industry-aligned skillsβone step closer to becoming tomorrowβs technology leaders.
