Indira University proudly hosted the transformative Women Entrepreneurship Program – M-BYBE: Mindset for Bridging, Yielding, and Building for Excellence, a CSR initiative in collaboration with the Maratha Entrepreneurs Association (MEA), designed to inspire and empower women leaders across industries.

The journey began with an inspiring address by Dr. Tarita Shankar, President Designate – Indira University and Chairperson & Chief Mentor – IGI, whose words celebrated the beauty, strength, and limitless potential that reside within every woman. Her vision and mentorship illuminated the path for participants, reinforcing the remarkable ways women contribute to society and business with courage and creativity.

Following this, Dr. Anagha Joshi, Vice Chancellor (In-Charge) – Indira University, lent her insights, guiding participants through the purpose and possibilities that the program aimed to unlock. Dr. Dipanjay Bhalerao, Director of the Swakiyam Centre for Incubation and Innovation, provided an engaging overview of the program structure, explaining how the modules were designed and the transformative topics they encompassed.

The program commenced its 12-session journey with the first session, “Exploring the Real You,” led by Dr. Shikha Sindhu, Controller of Examinations & Dean- IQAC, IU. This session invited participants to pause, reflect, and discover the deeper dimensions of identity, purpose, and self-belief. Using a psychological perspective, it helped participants reconnect with their inner strengths and uncover clarity about their personal and professional journeys. Through interactive exercises and reflections, women entrepreneurs were encouraged to embrace their individuality and step forward with confidence and conviction.

M-BYBE is not just a training series but a celebration of women who dream boldly, lead with vision, and create lasting impact in their communities and industries.
