At Indira University, the Knowledge Sharing Forum unfolded as a two-day celebration of ideas, guidance, and vision. Held on 23rd and 24th September 2025 at Dhruv Auditorium, the forum brought together voices that lit the path for young leaders.

Day 1 began with the powerful speech by Dr. R. L. Bhatia – Farmer, Water Warrior, and Founder of World CSR Day® & World Sustainability, whose words sowed seeds of thought and responsibility in every listener’s mind. His message on sustainability and leadership set the tone for the day. The sessions that followed carried forward the momentum. Prasanna Walimbe, the Co-Founder of Mohap AI Solutions, spoke on “AI Beyond the Hype”, clearing myths and offering his takeaways. Pranit Kasvekar , the Head – Campus & HR, ITpreneur, addressed the topic “Shaping Tomorrow: Future-Ready Leadership for a Disruptive World,” preparing students for challenges ahead. Amit Jadhwani, Atlas Copco, talked on “The Future of Jobs: Why Digital Marketing Skills Matter for Every Career,” reminding all that digital literacy is the language of opportunity.

In Day 2, once again Dr. Bhatia’s wisdom anchored the morning session. The stage then welcomed Priyanka Dekate, Chief People Officer – VTEST, with her take on “Shaping Tomorrow: Future-Ready Leadership for a Disruptive World.” She was followed by Rajendra Lingwal, SVP – HR, Persistent Systems, who shed light on “The Future of World at Work,” offering students a glimpse of workplaces in transformation. The forum concluded with Satish Lengare, AVP – HR, Enrich Energy Pvt. Ltd., speaking on “The Next Frontier: Leadership that Thrives in Disruption,” inspiring resilience and adaptability in the change-makers of tomorrow.

Over the two days, the Knowledge Sharing Forum at Indira University brought together leaders who shared reflections on Sustainability, AI, Leadership, Digital Skills, and the evolving careers. Each session gave students a reminder that learning never stops and leadership is about paving the way of the future with courage, clarity, and care.
