It was an inspiring and action-driven day at Indira University, as the M-BYBE CSR Initiative for Women Entrepreneurs successfully conducted yet another empowering session titled “Yielding from Business Growth: Challenges and Growth Business Models.”

The session was led by Dr. Punam Bhoyar, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Indira University, whose dynamic approach and thought provoking insights truly ignited the spirit of entrepreneurship among participants. Dr. Bhoyar encouraged every woman in the room to “Up Your Game”, to move beyond comfort zones, embrace calculated risks and transform challenges into opportunities.

The interactive and experiential session focused on reshaping women entrepreneurs with the tools, mindset and confidence required to build scalable business models. Through engaging discussions, Dr. Bhoyar emphasized two key dimensions essential for entrepreneurial success – First is conquering internal barriers, which is all about recognizing and overcoming self-limiting beliefs that often hold women back from reaching their full potential. Secondly, elevating external hurdles where it is important to understand societal perceptions, navigate bias and develop strategies to access the right opportunities and resources.

What made the session truly transformative was the Role Modeling Activity, which allowed participants to reflect, relate and act. By identifying real-life examples of women who have thrived against odds, attendees found tangible inspiration and practical takeaways for their own entrepreneurial journeys.

Each segment of the workshop reflected the very essence of M-BYBE — Mindset for Bridging, Yielding, and Building for Excellence, a movement designed to cultivate leadership, resilience and innovation among women. This initiative is a community where women lead, ideas bloom and futures are built. It represents Indira University’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility, inclusivity and empowerment through education.

The M-BYBE CSR Initiative stands as a proud collaboration between the SWAKIYAM Centre for Incubation and Innovation and The Maratha Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA). Together, they aim to nurture women entrepreneurs by providing them with mentorship, resources and a collaborative ecosystem that inspires sustainable business growth.

As the event concluded, it left behind a powerful message, that growth begins when women take charge of their dreams and start believing in their potential. The mutual support in the process is the key to success.
