Groove Club Presents Stress Buster Dance Workshop
Groove Club turned up the energy on 13th February 2026 with an exciting Stress Buster Dance Workshop that brought together rhythm, movement, and pure positive vibes. Held at the Unity Campus, the session became a refreshing escape from daily routines and academic pressures.
Guided by the talented choreographer Kinjal Parekh, students stepped into a space filled with music, laughter, and freedom of expression. The workshop began with gentle warm-up routines designed to release physical tension and prepare the body for movement. As the beats picked up, so did the energy in the room. Through simple, uplifting dance sequences suitable for all levels, students discovered how movement can instantly shift mood and mindset.
Beyond dance, the session focused on stress-release techniques, relaxation practices, and mindfulness through guided movement. Students experienced how rhythm and coordinated motion can calm the mind, enhance clarity, and promote emotional well-being. The expressive exercises encouraged self-confidence and helped participants connect with themselves and with one another in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
What made the workshop truly special was the collective spirit β the shared smiles, synchronized steps, and the sense of belonging created through group energy. It wasnβt just about learning choreography; it was about embracing joy, building confidence, and stepping into a lighter, happier version of oneself.
Through initiatives like these, Groove Club continues to create spaces where students can recharge, reconnect, and return stronger β both mentally and emotionally.
