On 14th November 2025, Indira University celebrated an afternoon filled with purpose, inspiration and collective strength as the M-BYBE initiative hosted ‘The Art of Scaling Up Business’ workshop, an empowering platform designed to uplift women who dare to dream and transform their visions into reality.

The session was led by Mr. Baljeet Gujral, Chairman of the Swakiyam Centre for Incubation and Innovation at Indira University and a globally respected personality in the startup ecosystem. Through his deep insights into business growth, strategy and entrepreneurial resilience, he guided participants on how to build ventures that can sustain and thrive. His words carried both wisdom and warmth, making the learning experience meaningful and accessible for every listener in the room.

Organised under Indira University’s noble CSR initiative M-BYBE, dedicated to strengthening women entrepreneurs, the workshop reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to nurturing talent and championing inclusivity in every sphere of society.

What made the event truly special was the spirit of the participants. Women from varied backgrounds, each carrying a dream unique to her own journey, came together to learn, grow, and empower one another.
