An Experience to Unwind β Stress Buster Dance Workshop
At Indira University, some moments on campus are created not just for learning, but for restoring balance. The Stress Buster Dance Workshop, organized by the Groove Club on 13th February, offered students a refreshing pause from routine, a space where movement became relaxation and rhythm turned into renewed energy.
The workshop was led by choreographer Kinjal Parekh, who guided students through an engaging session designed to release stress and uplift the mind. Through gentle warm-ups, expressive movements and lively dance sequences, students experienced how movement can ease tension and refresh both body and mind. Every step encouraged participation and brought a sense of freedom.
More than just a dance session, the workshop focused on emotional well-being and self-expression. Students explored guided movement to calm the mind, relaxation techniques to restore energy and exercises that improved coordination, rhythm and flexibility. The session encouraged confidence, mindfulness and comfort in expressing oneself freely.
What made the workshop truly special was the shared energy in the room. As students moved together, the atmosphere shifted from routine fatigue to enthusiasm and connection.
At Indira University, student life goes beyond academics to nurture overall well-being. Initiatives like the Stress Buster Dance Workshop create opportunities for students to recharge, reconnect and rediscover joy through movement.
