At Indira University’s Swakiyam Centre for Incubation and Innovation, every session feels like watching ideas take root and ambition begin to bloom. With each interaction, young entrepreneurs discover the courage to turn vision into reality. Continuing this journey of growth, we recently hosted our seventh guest session, “Making Business Tree Grow – Legal Compliance & Startup Registration,” led by the insightful Mr. Adnan Siddiqui, Founder & CEO of Habbinson International.

This session unfolded as a powerful exploration of the legal and structural foundations that allow startups to thrive with strength and integrity. Mr. Siddiqui shared his invaluable experience on how compliance, registration and intellectual property protection are the roots that sustain a business through every challenge. His engaging storytelling and practical insights transformed complex legal concepts into relatable, actionable wisdom for our incubatees.

Participants gained a clear understanding of various company structures; Proprietorship, Private Limited, and LLP, and learned how to choose the right framework to align with their entrepreneurial vision. The discussion also shed light on the importance of intellectual property and trademarks, and how initiatives like Startup India and MSME registration can empower young ventures to scale responsibly and sustainably.
