BBA HR graduates can work in recruitment, training and development, HR operations, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, and administrative roles across IT, banking, retail, manufacturing, and consulting sectors.

Fresh BBA HR graduates typically earn ₹3-4 LPA, depending on company size and role. With experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or training, salaries can rise to ₹5–7 LPA within a few years.
